• Made-to-order gowns are final sale.

• Custom sizing is final sale.

• Off-the-rack discounted pieces are final sale.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If a garment arrives with a confirmed manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

All rental bonds are refunded upon safe return and inspection of the garment.
