Minor alterations may be required and are not included unless explicitly stated.
AhRow Bridal is not responsible for third-party alteration outcomes.
Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale.
No cancellations or refunds once production begins.
Off-the-rack and discounted pieces are final sale.
Rental gowns require a bond payment.
The bond will be refunded once the gown is returned in original condition.
Damage beyond normal wear may incur repair or replacement charges.
We ship within Australia only.
Shipping timelines are provided as estimates.
